Notification: Clients are required to notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a photography session.
Refund of Down Payment: The initial down payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Advanced Notice: Clients are encouraged to provide at least [3] days of notice for rescheduling.
Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee of [50.00 dollars] will be applied for sessions rescheduled with less than the required notice.
Time Frame: Cancellations made within [1] days of the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 20 % of the total package price.
Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Jon Lamar Photography may, at its discretion, waive the cancellation fee.
Definition: A client is considered a "no-show" if they do not arrive at the agreed-upon location within [30] minutes of the scheduled start time.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for no-shows, and the full session fee will be charged.
Emergency Situations: In the event that Jon Lamar Photography needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, every effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually agreed-upon time.
Refund Option: If rescheduling is not possible, clients will be offered a full refund of any payments made.
Note: All refundable amounts will be processed within [3 business] days of the cancellation request.
